For teachers

The resources on this page are offered for free use by teachers, educators and instructors who wish to use the book as educational material in courses, subjects and the like.

The book itself covers a complete course designed for self-study, so the educational progress will mainly be independent by the student with no larger need of common instructions. We do though here provide a suggestion for a lecture plan for dividing the material across several lectures, a PowerPoint presentation with chosen illustrations for use during common instructions as well as sheets with problems and questions for each lecture/chapter.
